Certificate Request Terms and Conditions
By submitting a certificate request to Averox Root CA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Accuracy of Information
You certify that all information provided in your certificate request is complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to promptly update this information if any changes occur.
2. Private Key Protection
You are solely responsible for protecting the private key associated with the public key in your certificate. You agree to:
- Keep the private key secure and confidential
- Use industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access
- Immediately notify Averox Root CA if your private key is compromised
3. Certificate Use
You agree to use the certificate solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with:
- Averox Root CA Certificate Policy (CP)
- Certification Practice Statement (CPS)
- Applicable laws and regulations
4. Revocation
Averox Root CA reserves the right to revoke your certificate at any time if:
- You violate these terms and conditions
- The information in your certificate is no longer valid
- Your private key is compromised
- You request revocation
5. Verification and Identification
You consent to Averox Root CA verifying the information provided in your certificate request through third-party sources. You agree to provide additional information if requested.
6. Limitation of Liability
Averox Root CA shall not be liable for any damages, including indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the certificate.
7. Certificate Renewal
Certificate renewal is subject to verification of your identity and compliance with the current terms and conditions at the time of renewal.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
