By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Averox PKI provides enterprise-grade Public Key Infrastructure services including:

• Digital certificate issuance and management
• Certificate authority services
• API key management and security
• AI-powered security analytics
• Post-quantum cryptography solutions
• ACME protocol compliance
• Blockchain certificate anchoring

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We offer various subscription plans including a 14-day free trial:

• Trial Plan: 14-day access with up to 5 certificates
• Professional Plan: Monthly subscription with expanded limits
• Enterprise Plan: Full-featured enterprise solution
• On-Premise Plan: Custom deployment options

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Issue certificates for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to compromise our security measures
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Use our services for illegal cryptographic activities

All certificates issued through our platform are subject to our Certificate Policy and Certificate Practice Statement, which detail the procedures and standards for certificate lifecycle management.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key security features include:

• End-to-end encryption for all communications
• Hardware Security Module (HSM) protection for private keys
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Compliance with international security standards

The Averox PKI platform, including all software, documentation, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without explicit written permission.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Support levels vary by subscription plan:

• Trial: Community support and documentation
• Professional: Email support during business hours
• Enterprise: Priority support with dedicated account management
• On-Premise: Premium support with SLA guarantees

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Averox Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be discontinued
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after the retention period

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Averox Ltd is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
